Antonio is a registered regional tourism guide in Amazonas through Brazil’s Ministry of Tourism and Cadastur. He guides in Portuguese and English and has worked in the Amazon since 2003.
His role is both practical and interpretive: organising transfers and local partners, reading river and weather conditions, explaining forest knowledge and helping travellers understand the communities they visit.
