The experience
A journey shaped
by the living forest.
Leave Manaus at 07:00, visit the Meeting of the Waters and local market, then continue by aluminium boat through forest creeks. After lunch at the lodge, visit a local home and its gardens.
Begin at 05:30 with sunrise and wildlife watching. Learn practical forest skills, medicinal plants and palm handicrafts, then explore by canoe, fish for piranhas and look for caimans after dark.
Walk through the forest to a waterfall with your guide. After lunch, choose an optional hammock night in the jungle and prepare dinner at the forest camp.
Breakfast at camp, return to the lodge while learning the traditional palm-rope climbing technique, then have lunch and depart around 13:00 for Manaus.
