A journey shaped
by the living forest.
Leave Manaus at 07:00, visit the Meeting of the Waters and a local market, then travel by aluminium boat through forest creeks. After lunch at the lodge, visit a local home and its fruit and vegetable gardens.
Depart at 05:30 for sunrise and wildlife watching. After breakfast, learn forest skills, medicinal plants and palm handicrafts. In the afternoon, explore by motorised canoe, fish for piranhas and return after dark for caiman spotting.
Explore the waterways by canoe in the early morning, looking for birds and other wildlife. Return for lunch, depart around 13:00 and reach Manaus in the late afternoon.
